Sven Dinklage


Founder of Flexpert, Sven works, besides being a facilitator, also as General Manager, Executive Coach and Consultant. Originally from Germany, Sven has a wide professional and International background. He has lived in the USA, England, Spain and France, and moved to Brazil in 1998. For almost 10 years, he worked in the automotive industry, where he gathered experience in the following areas:

Ben C. Beier


Ben is German and lives in Brazil since 2006. Graduated as a Bachelor in Social Sciences at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) in 2018, he has worked in the fields of project management and organization of cultural / social / academic events. Now working as a development advisor at Flexpert Training Ltd. And as a support provider for the representation of the University of Potsdam in Brazil. He also carried out works and projects involving marketing, social media, graphic design, translations and writing.



    Gustavo Sansi


    Coach and consultant with the mission to contribuite to the connection, transformation and realization of people, families and organizations. Coach, trainer and therapist with more than 5.000 hours of facilitation and attending individual and group coaching, training and organizational Development and independente training as well as public workshops like: “(Re)Programming Habits”, “Authenticity and Vulnerability” and “The Excellent Banker”. 12 years of experience in banking and finance, having served as leader at Itaú Unibanco AS bank, as General Commercial Manager, having occupied positions Santander and other financial institutions, always in the commercial/sales and costumer relationship areas.

      Pedro Penido


      Experienced Coach with a demonstrated history of working with leaders and business owners. Skilled in Organizational Culture, Talent Development, Leadership and Team Building. Certified as a Strengths Based Coach by Gallup Inc. Business Coach of EAG-Empresa Autogerenciável since 2017, he’s been assisting and guiding more than 200 SME business owners. Pedro is also a Trainer at Escola Conquer, education startup that teaches “First Layer Skills” like negotiation, emotional intelligence, speaking, productivity and leadership for small groups or in-company. He has delivered trainings in big companies like Iguatemi and Gerdau and KPMG.



        Victoria Hugueney


        As a graduated journalist from Brazil, Victoria has experience in the fields of Education, Communication and Audiovisuals. As a volunteer, she coordinates the RAIR (Web of Support for Immigrants and Refugees) network in Campinas, works for UNHCR – United Nations High Commissionariat for Refugees, in Brasília, always aiming to build bridges between people and society. In her key role at Flexpert Ltda., she contributes by her practical approach, her positivity and her talent to understand and connect people.

        Evandro Marcelino


        Acted in the Secretariat for International Cooperation of the Campinas City Hall, following and organizing international events in the governmental area through diplomatic and corporative missions. In 2012, he lived in Cairo, capital of Egypt, where he developed voluntary work at the education and sustainability area. Still in the field of humanitarian services, Evandro is a member of the IImmigrants and Refugees Supportive Network (RAIR). Also an effective member of the Rotaract Club of Campinas, a filiated club of Rotary International, of which he’s holding a position of President from 2017 to 2018, Evandro is also a member of SIETAR Brazil (Society for Intercultural Training and Research).


        Olivier Joannès


        Originally from France, Olivier has spent more than 13 years of his corporate career in Latin America, 10 of which in Brazil. He held executive positions in companies like Procter & Gamble and Kriter-Patriarche in France, as well as at Bongrain/Polenghi in Brazil and Argentina. With more than 30 years of experience working as a leader and with leaders, and various managerial and psychological specialization courses, he has almost 15 years of experience working in Consulting, leadership training/coaching and team building.

        Anderson Sá


        Anderson has 22 years of experience in multinational companies like Philips, Ericsson, GE, Alstom, Hayes, Embraer and more than 80 of their suppliers. Working in Engineering, Manufacturing, Shared Services, Quality, Supply Chain and Strategic Planning, he was responsible for the execution and leadership of a functional and matrix team, in change management, innovation, problem solving, developing and training leaders in management and Lean Culture, with experience in 12 countries. Anderson is our ‘(Fl)expert’ and practice leader in all Trainings, Consulting and Projects related to the Lean and 6Sigma philosophy.


        Jimena Andino Dorato


        Born in Argentina, Jimena lived in Canada, in Brazil and she recently relocated to France. For about ten years, she worked as a lawyer, mediator and professor. She then focused on jurilinguistics and intercultural research, publishing several peer reviewed papers and organizing conferences and workshops. Today she applies her experience as coach and trainer promoting personal and professional development in transition situations and developing sustainable intercultural awareness.

        Ling Wang


        Ling has 17 years of experience in marketing and International projects, having worked for companies like Procter&Gamble, Johnson&Johnson and Tefal. She has lived in the USA, France and Argentina, managing projects with multicultural teams spread over various countries and functions. As a consultant and facilitator, Ling has almost another 15 years of experience assisting Brazilian companies wanting to do business with China and Taiwan, such as preparing teams for negotiating with chinese partners and search processes of bicultural executives and expatriates. She also assists chinese companies and executives on their arrival in the Brazilian market. Born in Taiwan, Ling arrived in Brazil when she was 7 years old.


        Rodrigo Lolato


        Being part of a fast pace trainee program, Rodrigo had an impressive corporate career of rapid ascension as an executive in operations in large multinational companies, on which his development was accelerated by intensive trainings in the US and Europe. He assumed a high-level leadership role at the age of 27. As an executive, he worked as operations manager for South America, on which conducted significant cultural transformations (including lean manufacturing) and expressive business results (including business turn around award in 2010). Currently he is a consultant on organizational and human development, master trainer, and executive coach, helping organizations improve and sustain their results.

        Susie Warman


        Susie war born in Canada, raised in Mexico and has lived in the USA for 13 years. She is a Consultant in Leadership in different ONGs for 30 years. For the last 10 years she has worked for national and multinational companies in diverse industries, implementing leadership development solutions that link individual effectiveness to organizational performance. As a Flexpert consultant, she works with Coaching, High Performing Teams, Team Building, Conflict Management, Change Management and Leadership Development.
